Personalia

+++ Prof. Dr. Lan Fang joined IAMO as Visiting Research Fellow in September 2021. She is a full professor at Shaanxi Normal University (SNNU), China. Since 2018, she has been elected as a Deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress of PRC. +++ PD Dr. habil. Linde Götz was admitted to the Editorial Board of the “Agribusiness - An International Journal” and to the Scientific Advisory Board of the “Russland-Analysen”. +++ On 1 July 2021, Dr. Ilkay Unay Gailhard started a Marie Curie project on “YOUNG FARMERS”. During the project period, she will spend two years in the USA and will collaborate with the Pennsylvania State University, University of Chicago und University of Florida. The project has received funds from the EU’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (Grant Agreement No 895185). +++ For his doctoral project “Economic Performance of Socialist Institutions in Yugoslavia”, Magnus Neubert has obtained a scholarship from the Hans Böckler Foundation. He joined IAMO as a PhD student in the department of Agricultural Markets in November 2019. +++ IAMO researcher Dr. Yanjun Ren was awarded by the Journal of Integrative Agriculture for his outstanding contribution to the journal in 2020. +++ In the IDEAS ranking, IAMO ranks first among agricultural economics departments in Germany. IDEAS is the largest bibliographic database dedicated to economics and available freely on the internet. +++
