IAMO earns TEQ award 2016

This year the institute has received the TOTAL E-QUALITY award for gender equality. IAMO has therefore earned the award for the second time in a row. It is presented for successful, lasting commitment to equal career opportunities for women and men.

TOTAL E-QUALITY stands for total quality management (TQM) with the addition of the gender component (equality). The award confirms the institute’s successful gender equality policy. In addition to providing equal career opportunities in talents, capabilities and expertise of both genders, the institute places special emphasis on ensuring and promoting of work and family life. Appreciation of this issue is also reflected in the areas of personnel management, career advancement and the promotion of new talent, and within the framework of the institute’s internal working group for gender equality as well as networking in the central German Dual Career Network. The award is presented for three years.

An official certificate for the TOTAL E-QUALITY award is being presented on 9 November 2016 in Nuremberg, Germany.
