Germany-wide, the corporate network 'Success Factor Family' (Unternehmensnetzwerk „Erfolgsfaktor Familie“) is the largest platform for employers with an active interest in supporting families in their company policies. In 2006, the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth as well as the German Chambers of Commerce and Industry started the initiative. Aside from fostering network activities and the exchange among members, the initiative also provides access to information and events regarding a family-friendly work environment.
Several offerings and measures at IAMO help to ensure that employees can reconcile work and family life. Our family-friendly working conditions include flexible working hours, part-time positions, a parent-child office and child care subsidies for preschool children. The IAMO received the TOTAL E-QUALITY Award 2016. This shows the IAMO's engagement for equality and a family-friendly environment in the workplace.
On 8 November 2016, IAMO will attend the welcome meeting in Magdeburg, Germany, as new member of the corporate network 'Success Factor Family'.

Since October 2016, IAMO is one of more than 6,100 members of the 'Success Factor Family' network. Helping employees to reconcile family and career is the ambitious objective of this organization.
