The event aimed at strengthening the political dialogue and provided an opportunity to exchange views on the status and development prospects of Uzbek-German relations. Also practical recommendations for the development of bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, science and culture were discussed. Continuous diplomatic and political dialogue as well as economic and scientific exchange between the two countries are of great importance for development and prosperity, stressed Thomas Glauben: " Without a doubt, the requirement for this is mutual understanding of different cultural backgrounds, values and norms".
