Information event on Horizon Europe

An online information event on the new Horizon Europe funding program will be held on 23 February 2021.

“Horizon Europe” is the EU’s next funding programme for research and innovation. It will run from 2021 to 2027 with a proposed budget of €85.5 billion. The National Contact Points (NCP) Society, Bioeconomy as well as Environment, Energy and Transport will inform in the seminar about the funding possibilities of social-economic sciences and humanities (SSH) in the following clusters:

  • Culture, Creativity and an Inclusive Society
  • Climate, energy and mobility
  • Food, bioeconomy, natural resources, agriculture and environment.

The “Horizon Europe” programme offers opportunities for research and innovation activities of universities, research institutions and companies. The free event will be held in English. Questions can be asked in the chat.

The event is organized in cooperation with EU Academic Network Saxony-Anhalt (EU-HSN), Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH), Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO) and Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology (MPI). Everyone interested is warmly invited to join this event.
