Vocational Education

Vocational education means to take responsibility for the future and thus to work future-oriented and scientifically at a high level.

Since 1997 the IAMO faces the competition for the best school leavers. The institute gives young people the opportunity to make a qualified dual vocational training in the administrative field. As part of this training and further education, IAMO works closely together with vocational schools, educational institutions, local chambers of commerce and the Federal Employment Agency. In addition to teaching training content, the focus is on integration into the team and the working atmosphere at the Institute, which is characterised by personal integrity, equal opportunities, tolerance and fairness in dealing with each other.

Every three years, IAMO receives trainees in the field of commercial clerk for office management as well as staff member for media and information services (field library) in the department administration. In addition, IAMO is a recognised practical partner of the computer science course at the Berufsakademie Sachsen, Germany.
