Southeast Europe International Research Group

Green landscape with fields and mountains from a wide perspective

IAMO's Southeast Europe Research Group was established in 2022 as an interdepartmental network of scientists conducting research on various topics of rural development and agricultural transformation in the countries of Southeast Europe. A particular focus is on the Western Balkan countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia.
