In recognition of the success of its continuous commitment to promote equal opportunities for men and women, this year for the first time IAMO was honored with the TOTAL E-QUALITY Certificate, issued by the Association TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland. The TOTAL E-QUALITY Certificate for the years 2013 to 2015 acknowledges that the institute equally appreciates, includes and promotes the talents, potentials and competences of its female and male staff members. Also the different personal circumstances of IAMO’s staff are accounted for in this context. The award goes with a self-commitment for the institute to establish and sustainably adhere to equal opportunities environment for its employees, going beyond the minimum law requirements.
The official ceremony to bestow the TOTAL E-QUALITY Certificate as a certificate and a sustainability prize will be held in Ehningen near Stuttgart on 28 October 2013.
