The workshop was organised to help researchers from Ukraine to better understand and adapt the standards of research and publications that are accepted and followed in modern academic journals. A total of 17 scientists from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), IAMO, various Ukrainian universities (including the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Sumy National Agrarian University, Zhytomyr National Agroecology University, Poltava State Agrarian Academy, Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics, Prydneprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman) as well as the Space Research Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the State Space Agency of Ukraine (NASA-SSAU) attended. During the two-day event, the participants presented their research papers in five academic sessions.
Workshop supports Ukrainian scientists in their research work
Within the framework of the “Pilot Project for the Sustainable Internationalization of Ukrainian Research Structures in the Context of the Globalization of the Ukrainian Food Sector” (UaFoodTrade), IAMO, together with the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), organised a workshop entitled “Modern Research in Agricultural Economics: From Research Idea to Publication”. The event took place in Kiev, Ukraine, from 28 to 29 November 2019.
