Over the next three days 176 participants will present and discuss their research at the Silk Road Conference. The conference program includes 90 oral and poster presentations across 27 sessions. The aim of the IAAE Inter-Conference Symposium is to provide a platform for knowledge exchange, discussion, and networking around the sub-themes agricultural restructuring, natural resource management, and regional trade and integration. The symposium is jointly organized by the International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE), Kazakh National Agrarian University (KazNAU), and IAMO. Financial support is generously provided by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and IAAE.
