Personal details

Fang Yin joined IAMO in September 2014 as a PhD student  supervised by PD Dr. Daniel Müller in the Department of Structural Development of Farms and Rural Areas. She studied cartography and geographic information systems at the University of Chinese Academy of Science, China. From April 2010 to July 2014, she was employed as a research assistant by Xiangzheng Deng at the Centre of China Agricultural Policy. She wrote her Master’s thesis with the support of the climate change impacts and adaptations project about the ecological and socialeconomic impacts of climate change in the Three-river Headwaters Region, China. Her further research will focus on land use change.
