Dr. Lena Kuhn is a senior researcher at the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transformation Economies (IAMO), Halle, Germany. Her research focus is on sustainable rural development and agricultural transformation, with a special attention to risk management and innovation transfer. The regional focus is on China and Central Asia. Since 2016, Dr. Kuhn is coordinating the China International Research Group of IAMO and the coordinator of IAMO’s thematic complex Livelihoods and Migration.
