Clemens Jänicke joined IAMO in January 2020 and works as a researcher within the FORLand project. He studied Global Change Geography at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2016 to 2020. His master thesis was about the impacts of the drought on broadleaf forests in Germany in 2018. For this research he used remote sensing data. In the FORLand project he focuses on land use intensity in Germany, which he studies with crop sequence types.
