Begaiym Emileva joined IAMO in October 2020 as a PhD student in the Department Agricultural Markets. She is involved in the KlimALEZ project and is writing her dissertation within this project. Prior to joining IAMO, she worked as a research assistant at the World Agroforestry Center (Central Asia Office) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. In 2018, she received her Master's degree in horticulture from Szent Istvan University, Hungary, and her Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Kyrgyzstan.
