IAMO Forum 2025
Mechthild Anna Becker, German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP), has confirmed her participation as a panel guest at the IAMO Forum in Halle (Saale), Germany. The panel discussion entitled “What Makes Rural Areas Liveable?” will take place on 20 June 2025.

Honorary professorship and memorandum of understanding achieved at Mamun University in Uzbekistan
On 14 March 2025, IAMO scientist Ihtiyor Bobojonov was awarded the title of honorary professor in recognition of his contributions to the academic development of Mamun University. In addition, a memorandum of understanding was signed to strengthen cooperation.

Call for Submissions: Workshop “Enhancing Agricultural Value Chains through Digital and Immersive Technologies: Understanding Consumer Behavior”
The AGRIIMMERSE project workshop will take place in Belgrade, Serbia, from 16 to 18 September 2025. The application documents must be submitted electronically until 5 May 2025.
