PhD Summer School in Agricultural Economics

28 - 31 May 2019 - As part of the Summer School in Agricultural Economics, a course on “Scientific Writing for Agricultural Economists” will take place at the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), Ukraine. The summer school is aimed at doctoral candidates.

The course on “Scientific Writing for Agricultural Economists” will be held in English by Prof. Dr. Stephan von Cramon-Taubadel, University of Göttingen, Germany. It is designed to help PhD students in agricultural economics improve the skills that are required to communicate and ultimately publish scientific research in refereed journals. The course is organized as part of the “Pilot project for the sustainable internationalization of Ukrainian research structures in the context of the globalization of the Ukrainian food sector” (UaFoodTrade) by IAMO in cooperation with the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) and the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development of the University of Göttingen. The UaFoodTrade project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

Participation in the summer school is free of charge. Applications can be submitted until 6 May 2019 via an online form on the website http://bit.do/uafoodform.
