2nd Halle Workshop on Efficiency and Productivity Analysis – HAWEPA

Dynamics, Risk, and Firm Heterogeneity

The 2nd Halle Workshop on Efficiency and Productivity Analysis will take place at the Leibniz-Institute of Agricultural Development in Central and Eastern Europe (IAMO) on May 26-27, 2008.

The objective of the workshop is to address new developments in theoretical and empirical research in productivity and efficiency measurement from economics, agricultural economics, management science, operations research and related fields. Papers on the theory of productivity and efficiency measurement as well as on all fields of empirical application, including agriculture, regulation, health economics, production, environmental economics, government and industry are welcome.

The workshop is organized by IAMO and the Halle Institute of Economic Research (IWH).
